A Site/App To Buy and Send BTC.

Hey,

I am new to bitcoin and I am looking for just a simple easy app (without id verification) so I can buy bitcoin and send it to an address. I've seen many apps in this community that were posted as scams or untrustworthy. What do you guys recommend me?
