Am I doing something wrong on bisq?

I wanted to buy BTC on bisq for the first time because no KYC and all these offers have a way too high min buy. I only need to buy 0.0012 BTC, what do I do? I tried making a buy offer but it needs me to put in 0.001 BTC as deposit but I dont have any BTC yet thats why im buying. I am just not using bisq right or is it only for more experienced buyers and sellers?
