Anyone buy beef with bitcoin?

I like the idea of a tight circle with less hands in the process so any ideas on farmers that will accept Bitcoin and ship to me in the South? I have done it before where I bought a quarter of a cow, but they are no longer in business and only take cash. Thanks!
