anyone else learning finance on the side?
I’m currently a graduate student, and in a few years, my parents are hoping I’ll be ready to step into their business. It’s a big responsibility, and to be honest, I still feel like there’s a lot I need to understand — especially when it comes to finance and digital tools
I’ve explored these topics before on a surface level, but now I’m trying to take it more seriously. One of my current goals is to build a bit of a personal safety net, just to have something stable while I keep learning
Last week, I came across a Reddit post that broke down a method in a simple and practical way
Here’s the one I used: u/kimfarr87 - the early results were actually pretty encouraging, even within just a few days
That said, I know I’m still at the beginning of the journey. If anyone here has gone through something similar or has suggestions for approaches that work well alongside a busy study schedule - I’d really appreciate hearing your thoughts
I’m open to learning and committed to putting in the effort
