Are Ledger hardware wallets legit?

Looking to purchase a hardware wallet for the 1st time. I found one at Best Buy called the Ledger- Nano S Plus. Has anyone used this before? I mainly want to know how easy it is to use and how reliable it is.

Any comments regarding hardware wallets would be appreciated.
