Are the coins really mine?

"not your keys, not your coins". I understand what it means.

But "my" wallet does not have my name on it, and neither do "my" coins. I just happen to know the seed phrase, and I do my best to ensure that others don't. And I worry that my best is not good enough. Somebody could find my seed phrase, or beat it out of me with the proverbial wrench. And then they will have same rights over these coins as I do.

On the other side, the evil snooping bank does have my name on my accounts, and tries to check if it is really me using it, and actually warns me if somebody else tries to do that, and might even get police to go after them. Dark side is sure tempting ....
