Avoid Kraken at all costs!!

Hacked email and account, founds withdraw. Kraken support is giving me a fake activity report Ticket # 12993033

On the morning of the 11/06 I tried to contact support to block my account cuamy email was hacked. They have no phone number, so I did it from the online form.

There was no answer from them and the hacker was able to clean my account. I had 2FA authentication so I still don’t understand how this happened. In the report that Kraken sent me there is written that there was an access with an unauthorized device but it was all good apparently. I don’t understand how this is possible…

I received no email about all the activities done by the hacker, and in the report I received from the support, Kraken is saying that they sent everything to the new email I linked to my account after I was robbed (I changed email to be sure). So I’t a fake report and they are protecting the scammer basically…

I would like to take legal action against Kraken since they are basically protecting hakers. Any suggestion or similar experiences?
