“BTC with ETH” implies BCH remains fundamentally Bitcoin (BTC-like) in its structure (UTXO model, SHA-256 PoW, block time, etc.), but incorporates certain Ethereum-style features.

“BTC + ETH” would suggest Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is a hybrid or merger of both Bitcoin and Ethereum — combining their core mechanisms (e.g. UTXO + account model, PoW + smart contracts). This is not accurate.

BCH is Bitcoin in form and philosophy.
