Best book for a newbie to learn Bitcoin?

Hi I am a big believer in bitcoin but my dad really doesn’t understand it and has many doubts. He loves reading and I know he has enough interest in what I’m doing to read a book about it. I’ve heard a lot about the Bitcoin standard but is this the best option? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
