Best exchange for purchasing 1 BTC?

It's not exactly a whale move but... it's a big deal for me and would appreciate any input on getting lowest fees/best rate for this quantity. I normally buy on Gemini and move to cold — Is there any real advantage in bothering with say, a Coinify+ "concierge" or some other type of service?
