Best wallet for Middle East

So I started working for a crypto exchange company recently and I have savings that I want to keep Bitcoins in, I have a few 21K gold coins that I am thinking of selling too and sell the fiat to crypto too. I want to add to them and leave them there for a minimum of 5 years.

My country doesn’t allow crypto yet however I get paid in crypto so that’s not a problem. My question is what’s the best wallet to have Bitcoin savings in for that long without the risk of loss?
