Bitcoin 6102 attack?

Matthew Kratter came out w a video on this topic today discussing the possibility of a Bitcoin 6102 attack in the future where the US government gets desperate and confiscates everyone's bitcoin held on big custodians and exchanges, the same way US government confiscated everyone's gold in 1933 with executive order 6102.
