Bitcoin passed on to family - List in Trust or Not?
I'm torn. As I am gathering up my will and setting up trust for my kiddo, I was wondering if I should or shouldn't list my hardware wallets? Why would I have to worry about a hardware wallet that is not listed, shouldn't I just leave it to him - It's not like he has to go the bank for permission to access account funds, nor will he have to request any funds from a 3rd party like a life insurance company. Can someone just put a claim on any Bitcoin/crypto I leave him and it go to court? Anyone have to do this yet? Thoughts?
