Bitcoin question

Recently I discovered my husband has been purchasing bitcoin and cashing it out usually the next day or sending it he denies ever purchasing bitcoin but at this point it’s looking like upwards of 20k bought sold and sent to whatever he’s sending it to is there a way to track who it’s been sent to? I don’t even know what it’s used for so I feel not so great about this. Hopefully this is allowed I’m just confused and more confused as to why he’s lying.
