Bitcoin sale investment strategy

In addition to DCA in the modest amounts I can afford based on a risk model I trust (and never selling) I also buy more any time the price of BTC drops 10K or more below the latest all-time-high. So since the last ATH was 73K, I bought extra when it went to 63K, and will buy again if it hits 53K or lower. Just an easy way to "buy the sale" in a disciplined manner. Anyone else use this type of strategy?
