Bitcoin Standard makes career promotions obsolete.

I’ve been on a bitcoin standard for roughly 4 years and I no longer feel the need to apply for a promotion at my job. My salary hasn’t changed for 3 years, bt since I save in btc I feel like I have enough in case of an emergency. Anyone else feeling this way? I feel like I can just do my bare minimum and enjoy my life.
