Bitcoin’s biggest debate right now might not be about price

The BIP-110 situation has raised an interesting question:
who should ultimately decide what changes Bitcoin?

Miners can signal support, developers can propose changes, nodes can reject blocks, and users can choose which software to run.

If a proposed Bitcoin change has strong support from developers but very little support from miners, should it have any realistic path to becoming part of Bitcoin?

I’m genuinely curious where the community draws the line.

Miners, developers, node operators, or users — who should have the most influence over Bitcoin’s future?
