Blackrock Buying Bitcoin Question....

Forgive me if this is a possible stupid question as I am still learning about The Bitcoin Network, but is it possible for Blackrock to buy up all the BTC and possibly centralize all the coins or at least prevent American citizens in the future from owning Bitcoin. I would like your thoughts, even if you think this is indeed a stupid question. Thank You :)
