Blockstream pass phrase

Please help! I just connected my Jade to the app and entered the code. Now it wants a passphrase and I do not have one. I was messing around it with earlier - trying to get it to connect via bluetooth and QR code and nothing was working. I unlocked it using the recovery phrase and then it said something about a seed phrase and I just shut it down. Am I screwed? I did not enter any kind of pass phrase and I'm super stressed that I've lost access.
