Buy btc now or wait for winter?

Dear, I know this is a bitcoin baised but I have a sincere question.

I just got 10k, and I want to invest it. Should I do it now, we are almost near the cycle top or hold in usdc and lump sum when prices go down.

I missed all the good opportunities to buy low because I always dca with all that I have, and I over-invest.

Do you think we will have lows as usual, as companies, countries are people too and they have sentiments and they may sale and take profit. Or do we say goodbye to crypto winter.

What do you think and why?

P.S: I know no one has a crystal ball, I want to hear your educated opinions and study them. Thank you all in advance

Edit: The question was, in general, do you think we will have interesting dips next bear that is worth saving some fiat for or not.

I am planning to hold for 8 years minimum before any profit taking.
