Buyer Be Ware! River just stuck it to me.

Bought some btc on river a few months back. Tried to transfer to my cold wallet. They'd never KYC'd me so had to submit the standard selfie and drivers lic. River said 72 hours. Kinda long but no big deal. Finally heard back today and "unfortunately we're not going to be able to authorize you for transfers." Good job, river! Had to sell at a loss instead of transfer. (Loss for me, not river since they got paid on the buy and the sell.) Now, my funds are locked and I can't even get my cash back. What a crock! I'll stick to Swan from now on.
