Can we really convince our past selves to buy Bitcoin when it was cheap?

In 2019 my friends and I traveled to Taiwan. We wrote our wishes onto a sky lantern, lighted it up and let it fly high to the sky. I wrote my Bitcoin dream price, $50k. Compared to the price at that time ($7k), $50k was truly the most impossible number I could think of.

Now 2024. If the now-me could somehow talk to the past-me, l don't think I could convince myself that in just 5 years Bitcoin would double that dream number. It's incomprehensible. It's madness. Even I did understand and believe in Bitcoin back then, $100k a coin, are you fuking kidding me??

Then imagine telling our 10 years younger selves "Buy Bitcoin, it will be $100k a coin someday" How could someone be that convincing??

What are your thoughts? I'm not a native speaker so please excuse any errors I might have....
