Can’t withdraw money due to required threshold

I have about 60k in my blockchain fund right now and I'm trying to withdraw it all, but they're saying due to the new pledge I have to accumulate 240k more by July 18th in order to take it out or else I will be punished by having what I have accumulated so far taken out. They raised my interest from 0.5% to 1.1%, but there's no way I can reach that number by then. What can I do?

edit: alright, i suspected (by suspected i mean very much knew but the situation, as i said in some comments, was out of my control so i couldn't stop it) that. will something like RXVCOMP Recovery Agency help?
