Cold | Hardware storage without use of Ledger, Trezor etc...

I live in the occupied territory (Ukraine) and have no opportunity to leave here.

I can't order hardware wallets here, none of them, I can't even get a raspberry. What can I do to start keeping bitcoin safe on my own.
