Confused about how to start

Hello everyone, I'm a beginner here and i wanted to know what's the best guide to know about crypto? I'm not having those thousands of dollars and i don't need every single detail I only have 400$ ( which is in a 3rd world country that has a monthly salary of 110$ considered too much) I thought of binance would be really good? Or there are better? Ik there a lot of scammers ( twitter, telegram etc) and I'm confused,what do y'all suggest?
