Could a solar storm destroy wallets/the system?

As per the title, could a powerful enough solar storm damage electronics on earth like cold and hot wallets, miners, internet infrastructure and so on? Would bitcoin recover or would it not get damaged at all?

I'm just going off of purely hypothetical thoughts and I know it's probably impossible... or could it?
