Cryptonator Wallet Issues

Several years ago I opened a cryptonator wallet. Never had any issues with it. A couple years ago when the US started all their regulations and crap I pretty well stopped doing crypto stuff. A couple months ago I tried getting into my wallet to pull my funds out and all of my wallets are offline. I've submitted a couple support tickets and never got responses. Is anyone else having issues with their site? Is there any way for me to get my btc out of there?
