CSW is a very useful tool for Blockstream and Bitcoin Core
1) First CSW was used to create a reason to remove Gavin Andresen from the Bitcoin Core team under the guise that he was compromised. Blockstream worked hard to smear or remove the last of the big blocks supporters.
2) CSW then conveniently embedded himself in the BCH community and he played along until it was time to come up with a reason for a split to damage the BCH community. Remember him shouting "bullshit" at the BCH developer meeting with no explanations. And later his attempts to steal the BCH ticker and name?
3) Now CSW's copyright claims are "forcing" Bitcoin Core to remove the whitepaper which is something Blockstream has always said they wanted to do as the Bitcoin whitepaper was "outdated".

CSW sure is convenient. Now the part that I don't get is how come Bitcoin Core didn't remove Greg Maxwell ex Blockstream employee from Bitcoin Core despite Greg Maxwell admitting he was contacting CSW and offering him assistance with this campaign? Once the word got out that CSW was a conman everyone moved away from him but Greg Maxwell always claimed he knew CSW was conman and did the opposite and reached out to him to help him out with his campaign against BCH.
I emailed him-- because I'm concerned that scammers like Roger Ver finally figured out that faketoshi isn't convincing anyone anymore - Greg Maxwell
Also note Greg Maxwell's comment was posted 2 years ago, but edited 7 days ago. With CSW getting back in the news again Maxwell needed to get all his ducks in a row. Maxwell was asked for many years what the email was about and he refused to post it and would always drop the conversation. Suddenly he's posting a snippet of it.
lol @ Maxwell being concerned with recovering CSW's reputation as the reason for emailing him.
edit1: Greg Maxwell edited his 2 year old comment 48 minutes ago again.
