DCA Question

I started DCA $30/day into bitcoin. A month later I added another $20/day, and then another $20/day, for a total of $70/day. Is there any additional cost for having three transactions going everyday, as opposed to having one $70 transaction? I've heard the mention of UTXO but I'm not sure I fully understand it. Any help is appreciated.
