Do not use Blockchain COM

Hello,

first of all.. their site is completely fine, I like the design and the cleaness of everything and the low fees of sending money. But if it comes to verification / support it literally just sucks. They want more shit than the police and then take months to answer. They locked my Account because I accessed from a DIFFERENT DEVICE and im waiting since 3 months for them to resolve, whilest their live chat is keep saying that I will get a response within a week. This site is a joke when it comes to the most important thing... having an issue and trying to get support is a joke on this site. Save yourself the headache if you're planning to use a Wallet longterm, dont use Blockchain.

I was a Blockchain COM lover to be honest, protecting it when friends said its bad, because I never had problems. But recently they just keepd asking for more shit and take their time. Is their team on holidays in mallorca or something? Who needs 3 + months to answer a ticket?

ITS GARBAGE, anyone experiencing the same though?
