Do they know my SATs?

I have set up a DCA plan on Strike (weekly). Every time I accumulate approximately 0.01 BTC, I send it to my wallet (using different addresses).

My question is: If someone were to hack Strike, would they be able to see how much I purchased and sent to my private key? (Because it might be obvious that i am sending all my BTC to my wallet)

Is it worth considering another exchange to split this risk?
