Do you, as a bitcoiner, believe that life is too short to not take a risk?

I was thinking yesterday, that you only get one chance at life. You only get to live life once. Because you only get to live life once, it would be a waste of your life to not take risk.

When you do not take risk, you are actively accepting mediocracy. When you decide to not take risk, you are completely opting out of the chance to achieve great things.

Now there are people out there that are perfectly fine with being mediocre. Why are these people fine with that? Is it because they do not know that there is more out there? Or is it because they believe risk is not worth the reward?

What do you guys think about life, risk, and taking risks in life?
