Does anyone get paid in bitcoin?

We constantly hear about how useful bitcoin CAN be, ex paid in bitcoin, transferring money from peer to peer w/out bank, etc but does anyone actually get paid in bitcoin or something of the liking? I’m curious to see if anyone uses bitcoin in their day to day lives.
