Electron Cash latest ver. 4.2.11 flagged as having a Trojan on Windows!

Hi.

I just tried to download the latest EC wallet and got a "Trojan:Win32/Spursint.F!cl" flag on the EXE.

This is the first this kind of warning. Other times it has been less severe and usually some false flagging. But I am not sure this time around.

Anybody else seen this?
