Every time I deposit…. Crypto.com

Just as the title states, every time I try to deposit ‘the max for the day $3,000” it fails. i am working on getting the 0.1 BTC. I called my bank and they stated it is good on their end, so what gives? I am loosing out on the bitcoin rise. Anyone else have this issue? Please advise/.
