Feedback on Unchained multisig IRA

Considering rolling 401Ks to traditional IRA with unchained. I like their 2 of 3 multi sig where we hold 2 they hold 1. I don't like their $250/year fee. I don't like that they don't let you time the BTC buy in after transfer in. Any other negatives?

Anyone with direct experience negative or otherwise?
