Fees on Lightning Network Payments

What are the current fees on lightning network payments? What percentage are companies like Strike charging?

I was thinking about why there are no micropayment implementations on the internet using bitcoin yet and I assumed that the fees on micropayments must still be too large. I tried looking around for numbers but couldn't find any.
