Financing AirBnb

Has anyone loaned Bitcoin to invest into Airbnb before? I'm trying to buy Airbnb property in Dubai with bitcoin, but if its cash it might still be all good if its against the bitcoin?

Basically the more untraceable and less taxed the money the better for me, please share your experience and recommendations. Also feel free to tell me its a stupid idea too
