Found an old "blockchain.info" wallet from 2015 with $6000+ in it.. $1000 reward if anyone can help

Basically going through old hard drives, found a bunch of text documents. Came across one wallet with a 0.063 BTC balance.

I have the wallet ID, (blockchain login gives me "Invalid token" error.) I have the password. And I have the 16 word phrase blockchain.info gave me, not sure the purpose of that.

No actual seed or json file to my knowledge.

Think I am screwed, but $1000 in BTC if anyone can help me successfully recover.
