Got transferred 0.2BTC, don't have enough money to transfer it out

So, my friend transferred 0.2BTC to me on btcmana.com , but if you go to the site you need at least 0.005 coins to unlock your account. idiot transferred me it when i still have a trial account and it will be closed in a few days.

Any smart ideas?
