HELP blockchainwallet.com has stolen my money

hey everyone. i sent some bitcoin i purchased through blockchainwallet.com back in july, and its been "in review" since then. ive lost over 1000$ just from the price dropping and ive sent 6 messages to them trying to get answers on how to resolve this. i just want to cash out from this horrible company and start fresh.

ive thought of contacting my bank and submitting fraud claims, but i dont know if theyll be able to do anything for crypto.

Has anyone been able to sucessfuly free themselves from this hell of a service?
