Help please, have old wallet with BOTH BCH,BSV and now BCHA!?

Hi,

I have been away from crypto for a while and would like some advice on how to best get coins into exchange. I have an old wallet that received it's first bitcoin cash transaction in March 2018 and has been untouched since. However, there was a small/dust (for me unknown) incoming transaction in September 2020.

I would like to move coins to an exchange, but I really neeed an advice on how to do this. I guess splitting is needed first and there are plenty of tutorials on how to do this, but I have not found a single one that covers a wallet that is this old and has BOTH BSV and BCHA.

I found a post that said I could just make a single transaction to coinex, but when contacting them they told me that it wouldn't work.

Please, please, please advice. For me, the amount is high enough, that this must be 100% safe.
