I have the Exodus Wallet on my iPhone and my seed phrase written on a piece of paper

What risk do I have of losing my funds, if I dont connect to any dApp and if my seedphrase isnt stored online either?

Is there a significant difference between a Cold Wallet? If yes, what is the difference if I keep my Exodus Wallet on my iPhone and never connect it on a PC?
