How blockchain.com stole my money

I have a blockchain account (formerly blockchain.info, now blockchain.com) that has transferred 3 BTC in and sent 1 BTC out since 2016. However, when I recently tried to log back into my account, it kept saying the password was incorrect and I couldn't log back in. I tried to turn off F2A (only the correct password can do this) and asked for support, but Blockchain (support@blockchain.com did not support opening and said my account had no money). I requested to reset the password many times but it didn't work, other accounts are normal. This is a blatant act of stealing money from customers. I don't know how to get my money back.
