How come countries don't use BTC to balance the problem with inflation when printing money

BTC being a deflationary asset could be really useful to governments printing money. By accumulating btc and then printing money you get the better of both sides. To me it sounds like free money from printing and BTC.

In an imaginary extreme case if you accumulate 100% of BTC and then print forever to drive the value of a currency to nearly 0 the rest will be poor and you will be rich AF.
