How do i get anonymous bitcoin on my bank account?

Lets say i made a 7 digit amount selling some thing on the internet, got paid in bitcoin but i want all my bitcoin as fast as possible into usable money, preferably on my bank account

ive read some things about transferring them to a UAE Banking account and then to a brokerage account or something like that,
but i didnt understand the post that well to be honest, so can anyone who is more educated than me tell me about how this works?
