How to migrate to El Salvador?

The title says it. As the uncertainty grows, ww3 looms, and it is only a matter of time before the governments start to confiscate private bitcoin, I think many bitcoiners are considering fleeing to only state where they won't be persecuted. Mind you, we still are early, there is no need for alarmism, but this will certainly happen at some point during this decade, so better to prepare while times are still good.
