How to safely claim the new fork so i can sell and stack some more real bitcoin

My stack is currently stored on my trezor, is it safe to claim the new fork i have no idea about forks? I have not touched my stack in some years, but i wouldnt mind adding a few more satoshis to my stack especially if they are free. Any help appreciated. (Don't bother dm'ing with your scams)
