How wild would it be if there was a tax credit for mining Bitcoin like there was for solar?

I do not like the idea of government and Bitcoin getting cozy with each other. But I wonder if politically there was a push to have more Bitcoin mining done in that specific country so that the country was more on a Bitcoin standard as a whole.
