Hypothetically what should be some things to keep in mind when making a lumpsum investment into bitcoin

This question is for those who have a good amount of cash to invest and want to buy a big sum of Bitcoin rather than DCA. What should be the minimum holding period? My guess is 5 years should be the minimum holding time! That is my timeline for stock investment too, so I am looking for second opinions on this.
